Our mission is to be that crucial safety net, providing seamless, end-to-end support for patients and their families traveling to Delhi-NCR for medical treatment. We will ensure access to affordable logistics, verified post-hospitalization care, and reliable healthcare information. We aim to alleviate these overwhelming logistical and financial pressures, allowing patients and their families to concentrate solely on healing.
Our Comprehensive Project: A Vision for ‘Sehatmand India’
‘Swasthya Sahayak’– Sehatmand India’ is a holistic program designed to transform the medical journey for vulnerable families.
Objectives:
- Establish a fully operational Patient Support Centre (with a helpline and walk-in office) in a major medical Delhi within the first two months.
- Build a verified network of at least 30 partners, including affordable hotels, guest houses/hostels, transport services, nursing agencies, and medical equipment vendors within the first four months.
- Assist at least 500 families by providing one or more core services like healthcare navigation support, accommodation, transport, post-hospitalization care, etc.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, ethically-vetted information database of hospitals, specialists, and allied services accessible to all beneficiaries.
- Provide direct financial subsidies for accommodation and post-operative care to at least 100 of the most economically vulnerable families.
Leveraging Bharat Diary’s core services, we offer:
- Patient Care Support: Facilitating affordable accommodation and care coordination.
- Healthcare Navigation Support: Guiding patients with crucial information on hospitals, doctors, and services, including hospital appointments and admissions.
- Critical & Post-Operative Care: Setting up professional care centre in Delhi-NCR.
- Nursing and Rehabilitation Services: Providing skilled support for recovery.
- Medical Equipment Access: Offering affordable rentals for home care needs.
- Caregiver Assistance: Supplying trained support for daily needs.
Our overarching goal is ambitious yet achievable: to reduce the non-medical burden and enhance the overall treatment experience for 500 families traveling for medical care over a one-year period. This project will be implemented in a phased manner, starting with
Phase 1: Foundation & Network Building (Months 1-3), followed by Phase 2: Service Delivery & Coordination (Months 4-10), and culminating in Phase 3: Impact Evaluation & Sustainability (Months 11-12). This structured approach ensures efficient rollout and sustained impact.

To achieve our comprehensive vision for the first year, the original estimated project budget is ₹1,56,00,000 including a 7.8 % contingency. This meticulously planned budget covers all operational and programmatic requirements, ensuring every aspect of patient support is robustly funded.

- Programmatic Costs (₹48,00,000): This includes essential awareness and outreach efforts, and most critically, the substantial Patient Aid Fund (₹21,50,000), which provides direct financial subsidies for accommodation and post-operative care to at least 300 of the most economically vulnerable families.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (₹6,00,000): Ensuring robust tracking of our impact and accountability to all our supporters.
- Contingency (₹12,20,000): Providing essential flexibility for unforeseen needs, ensuring uninterrupted service.
